Gippsland Natural Beef is also underpinned by the Meat Standards Australia (MSA) scheme, which means it is always guaranteed to be tender, as long as it is cooked using the recommended method.

The MSA scheme was developed to provide a tenderness guarantee, based on the worlds largest product-testing programme, which allows it to predict the tenderness of any piece of beef. Tenderness and consistant quality have been identified as the most important factors in consumer satisfaction when it comes to beef.
