Jenny and Paul O'Sullivan and their three children Alex 3, Clive 9, and James 7,live at Malabar Cottage. Their property has been in the Wooldridge family since 1967, and tree planting and maintaining an environmentally sustainable focus is evident as 40 hectares of the 680 hectare property has been fenced off for conservation and over 10,000 trees planted. Their vision is to have a healthy family, farm and livestock. The property is run successfully as a family business partnership, with strict adherence to codes of honesty and integrity with sincere endeavours to use time efficiently, with thoroughness in completing all projects.

Jenny is skilled in lecturing in Agriculture, is involved in WIGS (Working in Groups) which is rural Australia's leading people skills programme, in Edge Network, a learning journey that assists participants in the development and improvements to their livestock businesses. She has a Batchelor of Ag.Sci.(Melb.) and a Grad.Dip-Ed.(Monash). Jenny's forte and passion is to assist fellow farmers to maximise their own skills to operate their properties at peak level. Paul has an Ag.Sci. degree, and a Post-Grad-Diploma in Ag.Eco. Paul's passion is combining good business practice with new farming technologies to maintain and continually improve the quality of their land, his herd of cows and the farm's bank balance. His cows are quiet and contented as they graze the mild undulating country that they inhabit. The property is well sheltered with dense stands of Sclerosa which are impressive stock windbreaks. But for the O'Sullivan family the favourite part of their property is a glorious 60 acres of natural bush, containing "The Secret Valley" - the floor of which is a carpet of emerald mosses, and pale grey lichens, with clusters of wildflowers growing amongst the eucalypts and indigenous grasses - a wonderful visual and ecological surprise.
