HOME

Ian and Rosanne and their family of five girls live just half an hours drive North East of Lakes Entrance in a scenic location surrounded by the privacy of the State Forest.

One daughter (Debbie 20) is at University, and her sister Sonia (18) is away at boarding school. Twins (Susannah and Katrina 11) and their sister Joanne (16) still enjoy being educated at home by Rosanne.

Rosanne is a Tutor of Special Education for Children with Learning Disabilities, and has students off-farm, as well as the responsibility of educating Ian and Rosanne's own girls. Ian is passionate about the farm, his breeding programme and about agricultural sustainability. His nuggetty Belgian Blue bull and dairy cross cows, ensure that the calves enjoy an over-average milk intake, so that the growing vealer is finished early and the product of above average quality.

Ian and Rosanne and their daughters enjoy property life as a family, the girls competing successfully in riding events at Pony Club - they recently competed in the Zone Games at Bairnsdale winning the Musical Ride in a team event with a friend.

The Belgian Blue bull is very quiet, as is his yearling male progeny growing up alongside him. The dairy X mothers are calm, and the calves, (all born this year within a five week period) are contented, against the beautiful mountain backdrop of "Greenlands", an ideal location and environment for raising prime Gippsland vealers.
