David Hall and Linda McMullan - Foster

David Hall and Linda McMullan feel privileged to live in the rolling hills of South Gippsland, with a magnificent view taking in Corner Inlet and Wilson’s Promontory.
Their home farm ‘Arcadia’ consists of 48 hectares of hill country, while their Fish Creek farm ‘Mackins’ comprises a further 128 hectares of gently undulating plains.
David and Linda's farming enterprise includes 200 Angus breeders.
“Caring for the environment is a high priority on our farms. Our efforts have included planting trees and fencing off remnant vegetation and creeks,” David said.
“In doing so we are protecting our waterways and providing wildlife corridors. Regular testing of creeks as they leave each property monitors whether we are meeting our aim of improving water quality.”
We sell off most of our cattle as feeder cattle, but given good seasons we will keep some back on the farm to put through the brand.
David has been a keen supporter of the Gippsland Natural brand as one of the founding members of the original Gippsbeef cooperative in 1999.
